⁜ Payment must be made upfront in full before the work starts or 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
payment and invoice via PAYPAL or G-CASH.⁜ The refund is eligible before the work starts. please note that I retain all the right to refund and cancel the commission under any circumstances.⁜ Delivery deadline may take up to 7 to 14 days for portrait/full body, and full illustration might take up from 3 to 5 weeks. ( please note that the delivery time may vary depending on how complex the commission is.)⁜ Please let me know if you have a tight deadline, I'll try to adjust the delivery time to meet your need.⁜ The commissioner will receive thumbnail sketches to approve before the work commenced, any adjustment will be reviewed in this phase. after the thumbnail has been approved, you will not be able to make any major changes in the middle of the rendering process. any additional change between the rendering process will include extra fees. (please note that any minor adjustment can still be made free of charge, but not too many)⁜ WIP image will be provided once in a while for feedback and progress.⁜ if you wish to check on the progress of the commission, it can be done so via request. please note that I might not be available at the moment.⁜ upon completion, the artwork will be sent in high-res JPG and PNG files, please let me know if you have any other preferred method of delivery apart from email or drive.--Permission.--⁜ The commissioned artwork are for PERSONAL use only, and may not be redistributed for commercial purposes (I.G. reselling, prints, nft, etc.) for commercial uses please notify me via contact (this will include an extra charge which will be negotiated case by case .)⁜ I retain the rights to share the artwork, this includes the right to share the artwork online, on my portfolio, social media and live stream.
-the commissioner will retain the right to the commissioned artwork for private uses Ex. share or post the artwork to any websites and social media.Please do not alter/edit the commissioned artwork without any of my consent .--EXTRA NOTES.--
